Fresh, fluffy white rice to go with all your ulam (main dishes).
Ube ("Ooh-beh") is sweet purple yam from the Philippines commonly used in desserts. We made it into scrumptious chocolate chip ube cookies. Available by the dozen.
Deep fried plantain rolls with jackfruit and ube. Option to add a side of fresh strawberry-mango compote.
